Topping
1/3 cup butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup oats
2/3 cup flour
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Apple Mixture
6 cups sliced apples
1/3 cup sugar
1 teaspoon lemon juice
2 teaspoons flour
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon salt
Filling
1 package cream cheese
1 egg
1 tablespoon flour
1/4 cup sugar
1 tablespoon milk
For Topping: Melt butter, mix well with rest of ingredients. Set aside.
For the Rest: Combine apple mixture. Cook over low heat until soft. Place on bottom of pan.
Mix filling ingredients together and pour over apple mixture. Then, pour topping over filling. Bake at 350 degrees F for 35 minutes.

Tastes heavenly warm with a dip of ice cream. I used an 8 X 8 pan for this.The layers are visable with a clear dish.Yum, yum!!!

An easy, tasty and quick recipe. I did add 1/3 cup raisons to the cooking apple mixture.
