Apple Pie Pita

ingredients
1 apple, peeled and thinly sliced
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
2 packets low-calorie granulated sugar substitute
1 pita pocket
1 teaspoon reduced-calorie margarine
whipped topping, optional
directions
Mix apple, cinnamon and sweetener. Slice open one side of the pita bread. Stuff with apple mixture. Dot with margarine.
Wrap in foil and bake in 350 degrees F oven for 20 minutes.
May be served with whipped topping.
