ingredients
2 small yellow squash
1 small zucchini squash
1 medium onion
1 bell pepper
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
1/3 cup sugar
2 tablespoons oil
1 teaspoon celery seed
salt and pepper, to taste
directions
Slice the first 4 ingredients in thin slices. Mix the last 5 ingredients and pour over vegetables.
Marinate for 12-24 hours. Keeps for 1 week to 10 days.
