Caramel Apple Sugar Cookie Pizza

ingredients
1 package (18 ounce size) refrigerated sugar cookie dough
1 package (8 ounce size) cream cheese
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
2 tablespoons milk
4 cups peeled tart apples
1 can lemon lime soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup caramel ice cream topping
1/2 cup chopped pecans
directions
Press one refrigerated sugar cookie dough into a 14 inch pizza pan and bake at 350 degrees F for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Cool thoroughly on wire rack.
Beat together cream cheese, peanut butter, brown sugar and milk until smooth Spread over the cooled crust. Combine apples and soda. Drain well and sprinkle apples with cinnamon. Arrange apples on pizza. Drizzle caramel ice cream topping over apples and sprinkle with chopped pecans if desired. Cut into wedges like pizza.
