The name, vodka, comes from the Russian phrase zhiznennaia voda, or "water of life". It can be made from everything from potatoes to beets. It's considered to be fairly flavorless which makes it a great liquor for mixed drinks.

ingredients
3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, baked and diced*
2 cans cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
1 can chop suey vegetables, drained
1 can sliced water chestnuts, drained
1 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup mayonnaise-type salad dressing
1 teaspoon lemon juice
2 green onions, chopped
1 large can crunchy chow mein noodles
salted cashews (optional)
salt and pepper, to taste
directions
* Season with a little salt, pepper, garlic powder
Combine diced chicken with all other ingredients EXCEPT noodles, cashews, salt, and pepper. Stir to blend well. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Pour mixture into a buttered 7- x 10-inch casserole dish. Sprinkle with cashews, if desired, on top and bake uncovered at 350 degrees F for 30 to 40 minutes. The last few minutes, top with crunchy noodles.
This is great for potluck dinners.
