Peanut Butter Fudge With The Marshmallow Fluff

This no-bake fudge is as quick and simple as it is addicting. The combo of creamy peanut butter and airy marshmallow fluff is heavenly.

ingredients

2 cups sugar
1 cup milk
1 jar (12 ounce size) peanut butter, smooth or crunchy
1 jar marshmallow fluff (also called creme)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

directions

Boil sugar and milk to soft ball stage. Remove from heat and add peanut butter, marshmallow fluff, add vanilla. Pour into a buttered pan 8x8x8-inch. Let cool and cut into squares.

You can also top the fudge with chopped peanut butter cups or other candies or sprinkle with colored sugars for holidays.

    12 ozs,,,,, is 1 1/2 cups of peanut butter. I doubled, was excellent. Used chunky peanut butter. Adding to my holiday favorites. OH I used 1/2 and 1/2 cream instead of milk. Happy Holidays. Terry
