Pumpkins aren't just for pies or Halloween decorations. These large, orange gourds - while naturally sweet - also work well in savory dishes. They pair well with poultry and pork (and especially bacon) and their creamy-when-cooked texture blends easily into soups.

I loved this recipe! The pretzel crust is great, and I used a whole tub of whipped topping with the condensed milk and lime juice. I topped it with blueberries, strawberries, and kiwi. It looked and tasted great. I didn't have the right kind of pizza pan, so I used a 9x13 casserole dish instead. Probably turned out thicker than it should have, but still great!
