2 small charentais melon
8 tablespoons ruby port
directions
Slice charentais in half crosswise. Remove and discard seeds, then fill each cavity with some ruby port.
Or, quarter and peel charentais, remove and discard seeds, cut flesh into large pieces, and toss with ruby port in a bowl.
