Honey Cream Fruit Skewers

ingredients
2 kiwi fruit, peeled and cut into wedges
1/4 cantaloupe, cut into chunks
1/3 honeydew melon, cut into chunks
1/4 pineapple, cut into chunks
8 strawberries
Honey Cream Sauce
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon paprika
1/2 cup heavy cream, whipped
directions
Divide fruit among individual bamboo skewers, threading fruits so that kiwis wind up on both ends. Chill in refrigerator.
Meanwhile, make Honey Cream Sauce: Blend honey, lemon juice and paprika in small bowl. Fold in whipped cream, cover and chill before using.
