Fruit with Amaretto Cream

1 1/2 tablespoon Amaretto liqueur
2 tablespoons packed dark brown sugar
1/2 cup sour cream
2 cups fresh fruit
Optional
strawberries
blueberries
green grapes
directions
In a small mixing bowl, combine Amaretto and brown sugar. Add sour cream and mix well. Prepare at least 2 hours before serving. Stir occasionally to dissolve brown sugar.
Put fruit into sherbet glasses or small souffle dishes. Drizzle with sauce. Especially good with strawberries, blueberries and green grapes.
