ingredients
1 pound ground beef
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1 envelope dry onion soup mix
1/4 teaspoon oregano
1 can (28 ounce size) tomato puree
1 cup water
directions
Brown beef with garlic. Stir in soup mix, oregano, tomato puree and water. Simmer, covered, for about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Serve over spaghetti, noodles, or rice.
