Comes out delicous and they always ask for more. I use Duncan Hines Signature Angel Food Cake Mix And Kroger's private selection lemon fruit filling 23 oz. Mix it until no powder remains and i butter a throw away 12 3/4" by 9" stuffing pan. 25 minutes. First time I mixed it too much and it fell.

The angel food cake mix I had had two bags in it, one was the egg white & the other was the flour mixture. So I mixed the two then added the pie filling & baked the time I was told to.
A) Do all angel food cake mixes have two pouches?
1) It was poofed up, so I thought I undercooked it.
I did take it out after another 3 min & added the powered sugar, after 10 min or so it did flatten, but the consistency is thick. What did I do wrong?
