Mustard Crusted Tuna Steaks

ingredients
1 cup fine dry bread crumbs
1/4 cup prepared mustard
4 fresh tuna steaks (6 ounce size)
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
directions
Place bread crumbs in a shallow bowl.
Brush each tuna steak with mustard. Dip coated tuna in bread crumbs to cover all sides.
Heat butter in a large heavy skillet. Cook tuna steaks over medium heat until golden brown. Turn carefully and cook other side. Do not overcook or tuna will be too dry.
