1/2 cup frozen pina colada mix, thawed
1/2 cup water
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
4 tuna steaks
1 scallion, sliced
directions
For Marinade: Combine pina colada mix, water, salt and pepper. Pour half of marinade into a 11- x 7- x 2-inch baking dish. Place tuna in the dish and pour remaining marinade over tuna. Cover. Refrigerate for 4 hours, turning once.
Heat broiler. Place tuna on a broiler-pan rack. Discard marinade. Broil tuna 3 inches from heat source for 3 minutes.
Turn tuna over. Sprinkle with scallion. Broil 3 to 4 minutes or until desired doneness.
