ingredients
4 fresh tuna steaks, 6 ounce each
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
2 teaspoons olive oil
1 tablespoon jerk seasoning
directions
Marinate tuna in lemon juice and olive oil for 5 minutes. Preheat broiler. Sprinkle tuna with seasoning.
Place on broiling pan. Cook for 10 minutes per inch of thickness. Tuna should be just pink inside when done. (Do not overcook.)
