Spinach Salmon Puff Pastry

ingredients
1 package frozen puff pastry
1 package spinach souffle, thawed
1 pound salmon fillets
directions
Defrost both puff pastry and spinach souffle. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Cut salmon fillet into equal sized serving pieces. Cut the puff pastry sheets in half.
Open 1 piece of pastry dough flat. Place salmon fillet on top. Spoon one quarter of spinach souffle on top of salmon. Close the top and sides of puff pastry, pinching as you go. Repeat this process with each fillet.
Put on a baking sheet. Bake for 30 minutes or until puff pastry is browned and crispy to the touch.
