3 tablespoons raspberry vinaigrette
4 salmon fillets (4 ounce size)
directions
Pour dressing over salmon in resealable plastic bag; seal bag. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to marinate.
Preheat broiler or grill. Remove salmon from marinade; discard bag and marinade.
Broil or grill salmon, 2 to 4 inches from heat, for 10 to 12 minutes or until salmon flakes easily with fork.

We broiled instead of grilled - it was fantastic! The raspberry vinaigrette doesn't leave an overpowering flavor on the salmon, just a subtle hint. Cooking time will depend on the thickness of the salmon, don't let it overcook if you are using thinner fillets.
