1/3 cup fresh oregano
1 tablespoon dried basil
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons almonds

The salmon was done perfectly! The herby-cheesy crust helps keep the salmon moist so it was not only flavorful but tender and flaky. Very easy to make and great for family or guests.
