ingredients

8 salmon steaks
1 bottle teriyaki marinade
1 tablespoon ground ginger, to taste

directions

Pour marinade over fish; turn to coat. Refrigerate 20-30 minutes. Baste with fresh marinade and sprinkle with ginger while cooking.

Grill or broil fish 8-12 minutes per inch of thickness or until fish flakes easily with fork OR bake fish in preheated 425 degrees F oven 10-15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
