4 salmon steaks or filets
Marinade
3 tablespoons real maple syrup
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
directions
Marinate salmon several hours or overnight in the marinade. Remove salmon, reserve marinade.
Heat marinade to boil. Grill salmon and baste frequently with marinade.

This is the only way my husband will eat grilled salmon. We really enjoy it. I also omit the vinegar at times and use a George Foreman Grill. Either way this is an excellent combination of flavors. Kudos!
