ingredients
1 cup uncooked tricolored rotini pasta
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup olive oil
1 package (.5 ounce size) pesto sauce mix
1 can (6 ounce size) minced clams, drained
1 package (2 ounce size) pecan pieces
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
directions
Cook pasta according to package directions, omitting salt; drain.
Bring water and oil to a boil in medium saucepan; stir in pesto mix. Simmer, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes.
Add pasta, clams, pecans and Parmesan cheese, tossing gently. Serve immediately.
