- #104133
under 30 minutes
ingredients
1 pound linguine
6 pounds littleneck clams or other small clams, scrubbed
1/2 cup chopped fresh Italian parsley
3 cloves garlic, chopped
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
1/2 teaspoon dried crushed red pepper
directions
Cook linguine in pot of boiling salted water until tender but still firm to bite. Drain.
Meanwhile, cook clams, parsley, garlic, olive oil and red pepper, covered in large pot over medium-high heat until clams begin to open, about 10 minutes.
Divide pasta among bowls. Top with seafood mixture and juices, discarding any clams that do not open. Serve.
Note: You can substitute mussels for clams in this recipe if desired.

nutrition data
Nutritional data has not been calculated yet.The name, vodka, comes from the Russian phrase zhiznennaia voda, or "water of life". It can be made from everything from potatoes to beets. It's considered to be fairly flavorless which makes it a great liquor for mixed drinks.
Not to be confused with evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk is very sweet (and very sticky) and used primarily in desserts.
