Apple Baked Sweet Potatoes Recipe

Ingredients:
1 1/2 pound sweet potato -- peeled and cut into 1/2-inch rounds
1 pound tart apple -- peeled and cut into wedges
1/2 cup apple cider
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons butter
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Spray a glass baking dish with cooking spray.
Alternate potato and apple slices in rows. Pour apple cider over the potatoes and apples. Dot with butter and brown sugar. Cover and bake one hour.
