Beer makes batters better, meat more tender, and sauces more flavorful.

6 cups broccoli florets
1 package (8 ounce size) sliced fresh mushrooms
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon dark sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
toasted sesame seeds (optional)
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F or grill to medium-high. Combine broccoli, mushrooms, soy sauce, garlic, sesame oil, ginger and red pepper flakes.
Center vegetable mixture on sheet of aluminum foil.
Bring up foil sides. Double fold top and ends to seal making one large packet, leaving room for heat circulation inside.
Bake 16 to 18 minutes on a cookie sheet in oven or grill 8 to 10 minutes in covered grill. Sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds, if desired.

This was great to throw on the grill with some asian style ribs. The veggies were nicely steamed and had loads of flavor.
