A creamy broccoli cauliflower bake features Monterey Jack cheese, green chiles, and a crispy topping. This dish offers a savory side option for weeknight dinners or holiday meals.

1 head cauliflower, broken into small florets
1 pound fresh broccoli, broken into small florets
1 1/2 cup shredded Monterey jack cheese
1 cup sour cream
4 ounces chopped green chiles, drained
4 tablespoons butter, melted and divided
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
3/4 cup crushed seasoned stuffing
Add 1 inch of water to a Dutch oven; add cauliflower and broccoli. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and cook for 7 minutes or until tender.
Meanwhile, in a bowl, combine the cheese, sour cream, chilies, 2 Tbsp. butter, salt and pepper. Drain vegetables well; gently fold in cheese mixture.
Transfer to a greased 2 1/2 quart baking dish. Toss stuffing and remaining butter; sprinkle over vegetables. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees F for 20 to 25 minutes or until heated through.

The name, vodka, comes from the Russian phrase zhiznennaia voda, or "water of life". It can be made from everything from potatoes to beets. It's considered to be fairly flavorless which makes it a great liquor for mixed drinks.
Pumpkins aren't just for pies or Halloween decorations. These large, orange gourds - while naturally sweet - also work well in savory dishes. They pair well with poultry and pork (and especially bacon) and their creamy-when-cooked texture blends easily into soups.

I halved the amounts to make a smaller dish for two and only had broccoli on hand. It was really delish! Now I want to make it using the cauliflower & broccoli combo.

This recipe has been a favorite among my guests for our work Christmas Party for years. It always compliments whatever dinner I am serving. It is also good for those of you on a lo-carb diet.
