Deviled Pesto Eggs

ingredients
6 hard-boiled eggs, shell carefully removed
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 tablespoon pesto sauce
1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese, grated
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
salt
black pepper
parsley
capers
directions
Peel eggs and slice in halves. Remove yolks.
In a small bowl, mash yolks. Add mayonnaise and mustard, blending until smooth. Stir in pesto, cheese and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper.
Spoon into hard egg whites and garnish with parsley and capers.
