Ingredients:
1 package (8 oz. size) cream cheese, softened
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 cup apricot preserves
Gingersnaps
Directions:
In a small bowl, combine cream cheese and sugar. Spread evenly over surface of large serving plate; top with preserves. Serve with gingersnaps.
