Easy Crockpot Dinner

ingredients
4 potatoes, quartered (peeled if desired)
2 carrots, thickly sliced
3 pounds beef roast or chicken, whole or cut up, your choice
1 can (10.75 ounce size) cream of mushroom or celery soup
5 ounces water
directions
Place the potatoes and carrots in the bottom of the crock pot. Place the roast or chicken on top.
In a bowl, combine the soup and water and mix until well blended. Pour over the meat in the crock pot.
Cover the crock pot and cook on high for 4-6 hours or until the meat is cooked through and the vegetables are soft.
