Jack O Lantern Cookies

INGREDIENTS:
2 ounces white almond bark
orange food coloring (red + yellow)
12 oreo cookies
black glossy decorator icing
7 small green gumdrops -- cut in half
DIRECTIONS:
Melt the almond bark over low heat, stirring constantly. Stir in food coloring until desired shade of orange is reached. Line baking sheets with waxed papper. Using tongs, carefully dip each cookie in the orange coating.
Lay cookies flat on baking sheets and let stand until coating is hardened. Decorate cookies with black icing for faces and use a gumdrop half as the pumpkin stem.
