You will need a child's potty chair with removable pot.
Prepare the lemon jello as directed on the package and pour into the removable potty pot. Place the potty pot in the refrigerator to chill. Before the jello is completely set, add the candy bars so they are "floating" in the jello.
Return the potty pot to the refrigerator and let chill until set or ready to serve.
Depending on the size of the potty chair, you may need more than one package of jello.

I made this a couple of years ago and managed to not only make the managing partner gag, I still have the First Place medal for most disgusting Halloween Food. It was a huge hit - except that I was the only one brave enough to actually eat it!

While lemon jello and Babe Ruth bars don't sound great together, the kids LOVED it and it really looks as gross as you can imagine!!! Great idea!
Pumpkins aren't just for pies or Halloween decorations. These large, orange gourds - while naturally sweet - also work well in savory dishes. They pair well with poultry and pork (and especially bacon) and their creamy-when-cooked texture blends easily into soups.
Keeping a can of frozen orange juice concentrate in the freezer means you can make more than just orange juice. Try it in a variety of orange-flavored recipes.
