Ingredients:
2 cups self rising flour
2 cups vanilla ice cream, softened
Directions:
Mix well, spoon into thoroughly greased muffin tins, 3/4 full. Bake at 425 for 20-25 minutes. Makes a firm, fine textured muffin. (Add 1 tablespoon sugar for shortcake.)
