2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup sugar
2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
directions
Mix ingredients together and place in zipper style bag.
Attach the following instructions:
To make your "Peanut Butter Muffins", place this mix in a bowl, and cut in the following until coarse crumbs form: 1/2 cup crunchy-style peanut butter; 2 tablespoons butter.
Now add the following to the mixture: 3/4 cup milk; 2 eggs, beaten. Stir until moistened.
Fill greased or paper lined muffin tins 2/3 full. Bake at 400 degrees F for 15 - 17 minutes. Makes 1 1/2 - 2 dozen muffins.
