ingredients
4 cups sifted all-purpose flour
5 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon salt
4 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
1 1/2 cup drained crushed pineapple
directions
Sift dry ingredients. Add eggs, milk and butter. Stir until smooth. Add pineapple and mix well.
Spoon into a greased 3-inch muffin pan, filling them 3/4 full. Bake in a preheated hot oven, 425 degrees F for 20 to 25 minutes.
