Ingredients:
1 3/4 cup flour
1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
3/4 cup milk
1 egg
1/3 cup vegetable oil
3/4 cup sugar
***Topping***
1/2 cup butter, melted
3/4 cup sugar
3 teaspoons cinnamon

Directions:

Grease muffin pan or line with paper liners. Combine cinnamon and sugar for topping and set aside.

In medium bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt, nutmeg and cinnamon. In another bowl, combine milk, egg, oil and sugar.

Add dry ingredients to wet mixture and stir to just combine. Do not overmix. Fill muffin pans 2/3-full and bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.

Remove from oven and immediately dip tops in melted butter; then in cinnamon-sugar mixture.
