ingredients
3 cups applesauce
4 teaspoons soda
1 cup margarine
2 cups sugar
2 teaspoons cinnamon
2 teaspoons cloves
2 teaspoons nutmeg
4 cups flour
1/2 cup cherry preserves
1/2 cup pineapple preserves
1 cup chopped pecans
directions
Combine applesauce, soda and margarine. Heat together and let cool.
Mix together sugar, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg and flour. Combine with applesauce mixture, then add cherry and pineapple preserves and pecans.
Bake at 325 degrees F for 1 hour and 20 minutes in a well greased and floured tube (Bundt) pan.
