Slowly cooking chicken in an array of taco-style seasonings makes it tender and flavorful and perfect for use in a variety of recipes. Use this seasoned chicken in tacos, burritos, salads, wraps, and more.

6 medium boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
1 cup chicken broth
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon seasoned salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon white pepper
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon chipotle chili powder
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
Place the chicken in the crock pot. In a small bowl, stir together the seasonings and broth. Pour the broth mixture over the chicken.
Cover the crock pot and cook on high for 2-3 hours or on low for 4-5 hours or until the chicken is tender.
Remove the chicken to a cutting board. Using two forks, gently shred the chicken. If desired, you can add the chicken back to the crock pot to soak up extra flavor or use immediately in your favorite Tex-Mex recipes.
