ingredients
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 pound cabbage, shredded
1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
1/8 teaspoon salt, or to taste
1/8 teaspoon black pepper, or to taste
directions
Melt butter in a heavy nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Stir in cabbage and salt and pepper to taste. Saute; about 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
Stir in vinegar. Cover and cook about 3 minutes, or until cabbage is just wilted.
