ingredients
2 cups shredded cabbage
1 medium carrot, grated
2 tablespoons green bell pepper, chopped
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons plain yogurt
1/3 cup pineapple chunks, drained
directions
Combine cabbage, carrot and green pepper in a bowl.
Combine mayonnaise and yogurt. Add pineapple to cabbage mixture. Gently mix in mayonnaise mixture. Chill before serving.
