Tex-Mex Coleslaw

ingredients
1 head green cabbage, shredded
1/4 head red cabbage, shredded
3 jalapenos, seeded and deveined
3 tomatoes, diced
2 avocados, diced
1 large onion, chopped
1 bunch cilantro, chopped
Dressing
1/2 pint fat-free sour cream
1 tablespoon olive oil mayonnaise
2 tablespoons lime juice
2 tablespoons 2% milk, to thin
directions
Slaw: Place the ingredients in a large bowl and toss together and set aside.
Dressing: In a medium bowl combine the dressing ingredients and stir until smooth.
Add the dressing to the slaw mixture and add salt and pepper to taste. Toss slaw until thoroughly coated with the dressing.
Quick fix tip: Two packages of prepared coleslaw mix may be substituted for the red and green cabbage
