Jalapeno Coleslaw Recipe

Ingredients:
1/3 cup sour cream
1/3 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 cup chopped pickled jalapeno pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1 bag (16-ounce size) coleslaw mix
Directions:
Combine first 8 ingredients in a large bowl; add coleslaw mix, tossing to coat. Cover and chill.
