ingredients
1 1/2 cup melted butter
2 tablespoons water
2 cups packed brown sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 1/2 cup shredded zucchini
1 cup chocolate chips
chopped nuts
directions
Combine butter, water, brown sugar, eggs and vanilla in mixer bowl; mix well. Beat in flour, baking powder and baking soda. Fold in zucchini, chocolate chips and nuts.
Spoon into greased 9x13-inch baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees F for 35 minutes. Cool on wire rack. Cut into squares.

This recipe is a keeper -- however, I used only 1/2 cup of butter, not the 3 sticks indicated in the recipe
