1-2 hrs
ingredients
1 package (19.8 ounce size) fudge brownie mix
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 eggs
1 cup frozen strawberries, thawed and drained
1/2 cup pecans, chopped
1/2 cup almonds, chopped

1/4 cup caramel topping, room temperature
1/4 cup fudge topping, room temperature

directions
Heat oven to 325 degrees F. Grease bottom of a rectangular pan, 11 x 7 x 1-1/2 inches.
Beat brownie mix, water, oil and eggs in a medium bowl with electric mixer on low speed for 1 minute, scraping bowl occasionally. Add strawberries, beat 2 minutes longer. Stir in pecans, almonds and coconut. Spread batter in pan.
Bake for 40 to 45 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center and 2 inches from side of pan comes out almost clean.
Spread or drizzle warm brownies with toppings (Some cracking may occur after spreading with toppings). Let stand for at least 1 hour 30 minutes until cool. Serve with whipped cream.

Pumpkins aren't just for pies or Halloween decorations. These large, orange gourds - while naturally sweet - also work well in savory dishes. They pair well with poultry and pork (and especially bacon) and their creamy-when-cooked texture blends easily into soups.
