Ingredients:
***BROWNIE CUPS***
1/3 cup sifted flour, PLUS"PLUS" means this ingredient in addition to the one on the next line, often with divided uses
1 tablespoon sifted flour
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/8 teaspoon salt
4 ounces semi-sweet chocolate, finely chopped
3 tablespoons unsalted butter, cut into tbsp.
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
1 1/2 tablespoon water
1 large egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
10 flat-bottom ice cream cup cones
***ICE CREAM FILLING***
1 quart ice cream (flavor of your choice)
***DECORATION***
Mini colored candy baking bits
assorted sprinkles
chopped nuts
Granola
Cookie Crumbs

Directions:

Position oven rack in the center of the oven.

Preheat oven to 350.

In small bowl, stir together flour, baking soda, and salt. Place semisweet chocolate in medium bowl.

In medium saucepan, combine butter, sugars, and water. Cook over medium-low heat, stirring constanlty with wooden spoon, until the sugars dissolves and mixture comes to a boil. Remove from heat and pour hot syrup over chocolate. Let stand for 1 to 2 minutes, to melt chocolate. Whisk until smooth.

Whisk in egg, blending until smooth. Stir in vanilla and flour mixture.

Divide batter among ten ice cream cup cones, using about 2 1/2 tbsp batter per cup. Arrange cups, evenly spaced, on baking sheet. Bake brownie cups for 25-30 minutes, or until cake tester or toothpick inserted into the center of the brownie comes out clean. Set cups on baking sheet on wire rack to cool completely.

Place scoop of ice cream on top of each cup. Decorate with mini candy coated baking chips, assorted sprinkles, chopped nuts, granola, and cookie crumbs.
