Brownies
1/2 cup butter
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
1 1/2 cup flour
1/3 cup cocoa powder
1 cup chopped peanuts
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups marshmallows
1/2 cup peanut butter chips
1 cup crushed Do-Si-Do Cookies
Icing
1/2 cup butter
1 package (1 pound size) powdered sugar
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1 cup chopped peanuts
1/2 cup evaporated milk
directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Cream butter and sugar. Beat in eggs. Sift together flour and cocoa, then add to butter mixture gradually until blended. Add peanuts and vanilla. Spread into a greased and floured 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake for 30-35 minutes.
Remove from oven. Mix together marshmallows, peanut butter chips and crushed Do-Si-Do cookies. Sprinkle over hot brownies. Bake 10 more minutes. Make icing.
For Icing: Melt butter. Sift cocoa and powdered sugar together, then add butter. Stir in milk and peanuts. Cool brownies completely and ice.
