1-2 hrs
ingredients
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1 tablespoon peanut butter
2 tablespoons Nutella
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1/2 cup coconut
1 cup marshmallows
1 cup nuts
1 cup flour
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Topping
1/8 cup peanut butter
1/8 cup nutella
3/4 cup powdered sugar
5 tablespoons milk
1/2 cup coconut
directions
Grease a 9 x 13 pan and preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
In a sauce pan on low heat melt butter, chocolate chips, Nutella, and peanut butter. Remove from heat and stir in sugar.
Add eggs one at a time whisk them in. Stir in the next 5 ingredients.
Bake for 30-40 minutes; while it is cooling prepare topping.
For Topping: Place all the ingredients in a bowl adding two tablespoons of milk at a time until you reach a glaze consistency. Spread on the brownies.
cook's notes
they will come out looking rather gooey and when you stick a toothpick in there is going to be some that comes out, but after it cools it hardens a bit and the consistency is that of a fudgie brownie.
Also the marshmallows are going to create some bubbles on top and they will be hollow so when you spread on the glaze you will end up pushing those down which works out perfectly.
The coconut in the glaze is optional, and if you decide to go without it you will probably end up using less milk for the glaze.

It may look like a sad little package shoved in the back of your freezer, but frozen spinach actually has a lot of culinary uses (and some may surprise you).
Pumpkins aren't just for pies or Halloween decorations. These large, orange gourds - while naturally sweet - also work well in savory dishes. They pair well with poultry and pork (and especially bacon) and their creamy-when-cooked texture blends easily into soups.
