Beans And Grains
INGREDIENTS:
4 cups navy beans
1 cup millet
1 cup bulgur
water, to cover
1/2 teaspoon rosemary, to taste
1/2 teaspoon oregano, to taste
1/2 teaspoon thyme, to taste
1 tablespoon garlic powder, to taste
2 bay leaves
1 1/2 cup barley
DIRECTIONS:
Cook navy beans, barley and spices in crockpot till almost done. Add millet and bulgar. Cook about 2 more hours. Serve.
COOK'S NOTES:
Can vary the beans, grains and spices to your preference. Can add more water to make this into more of a soup.
