You can bake this in loaf pans for banana bread or bake it in a Bundt pan for banana cake.

4 bananas
1 box (18.25 ounce size) yellow cake mix
3 eggs, beaten
1/3 cup oil, or applesauce
1 cup chopped nuts
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease and flour 2 loaf pans.
Mash the bananas in a large bowl. Add the cake mix, eggs, and oil and beat together with a mixer on low speed. Stir in the nuts by hand.
Pour the batter into the prepared pans and bake at 350 degrees F for 30-35 minutes.
Remove from oven and let cool in pan for 10 minutes then remove the bread to a wire rack to cool completely.
Store the banana bread in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days (or freeze for up to 2 months).
You can also bake this in a Bundt pan at 350 degrees F for 45 minutes.

made this yesterday, i did not have a yellow cake mix, so i used a lemon cake mix, also added a 1/2 cup of sour cream. i dusted a bundt pan with sugar and cinnamon, and my family ate the whole thing in one night!
