Trampers Slice Recipe

Ingredients:
4 ounces Butter
1 cup Natural Yoghurt
4 ounces Raw Sugar
1 cup Rolled Oats
1 cup Wholemeal Flour
1 cup Coconut
1 cup Sultanas or Mixed Fruit
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
1 teaspoon Honey
Directions:
Cream Butter and Sugar then add Honey and Yoghurt. Stir in the dry ingredients well. Place in a flat oblong stice tin or tray. Bake for 25 minutes on 350 F.
