ingredients
6 cups quick-cooking oats
1 cup butter, melted
1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1/2 cup flour
1/4 cup sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
directions
Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Butter and flour a 9" x 13" baking pan. Set aside.
In a bowl, combine oatmeal, butter, brown sugar, eggs, flour, sugar, baking powder and cinnamon. Mix well.
Pour into the prepared pan. Bake for 15 minutes. Reduce temperature to 300 degrees F and bake an additional 25 minutes. Cool the pan on a wire rack; cut into squares.
