directions
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F. Line a 9 inch square baking pan with enough foil to overhang the sides by 2 inches. Coat with cooking spray.
In a large microwave-safe bowl, microwave the butter and chocolate on High in one minute intervals until melted. Stir until smooth. Cool to room temperature.
Combine the sugar, flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir in the mini chips. Reserve.
Beat in the eggs and vanilla into the butter mixture. Stir in the reserved sugar mixture until blended.
Spread the batter into the prepared baking pan. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes.
Using the foil, lift the brownies from the pan. Cool completely on a wire rack. Frost with Fluffy Vanilla Frosting, if desired.
For Fluffy Vanilla Frosting: On medium speed, beat the butter until fluffy. Add the fluff and vanilla. Beat for 30 seconds. Gradually beat in the confectioners' sugar until fluffy.
